relations, Shanghai and Osaka entered into close friendship
in 1980, and the Jiading District and Yao City of the two parties
also entered into a friendly covenant in 1986. Consequently,
Industrial Company HQ of Malu Town, Jiading District and Sanwa
Kaken Kogyo CO., LTD in Yao City founded joint venture Shanghai
Sanhe Medical Instrument Co., Ltd. in 1987 in friendly cooperation.
At the very beginning of the foundation, the company adopted
the design and craft of bedsore remedy air mattress (air-jet
type) of Sanwa Kaken Kogyo CO.,LTD for the patients who have
been lying in bed for long term. Because the product satisfies
the need in China, it is welcomed. It was profitable even
in the year of its foundation. Two years later, the product
is exported. For many years, it was named the enterprise of
two excellences by the Chinese Foreign Investors' Enterprise
Association for its exportation and profit in foreign currency
and enterprise profit.

accumulation, the company founded Shanghai Sanma Rubber Products
Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Sanma Metal Products Co., Ltd. The
production of inflatable boat and metal products further strengthen
the company and its potential of durative development.

In the tens of years since its foundation, Shanghai Sanhe

of RMB 30 million yuan of annual sales income and USD 2 million
of exportation and more than one million of profit. It is
